Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep the username and password used to log in to l999 completely confidential. This information must not be given to or shared with anyone else. The user is solely responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

If you believe that unauthorised access to your account has occurred, you must notify the l999 support team immediately. Failure to report in time will place the responsibility for any resulting loss on the user.

3.2 Updating Account Information

To make changes to important details such as your name, mobile number or payment method, a request must be submitted through the support team and identity verification documents may be required. It is the user's responsibility to keep their account information up to date at all times.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. To reactivate an inactive account, you will need to contact the support team and complete identity verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay can be used to deposit funds into l999. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

l999 reserves the right to accept or cancel any bet. If an irregular bet is processed due to a technical error, incorrect odds or any other reason, it may be declared void and the original stake will be returned.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers the opportunity to bet on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and various other international tournaments. The official results of the relevant sports body will be considered final in determining the outcome of bets.

For multi-bets, all selections must be correct to win. If any single selection is wrong, the entire bet will be lost.

6.3 Casino Games and Slots

All casino games are operated using verified random number generator (RNG) technology. Each game's individual rules and RTP information can be found within the game. If a connection is lost during a live casino game due to a technical issue, that round may be considered void.

6.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

Any winnings obtained through match fixing, use of inside information or any other misconduct will be fully forfeited and the associated account will be permanently closed.
